    Under my leadership, the organization has rebuilt its digital and content infrastructure to fuel both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, creating a scalable foundation for long-term growth and audience engagement. These initiatives mirror the successful strategies I’ve implemented for clients and consulting partners across multiple sectors, resulting in high performing, omnichannel programs. 

    My expertise spans strategic design, execution, and measurement of B2B event programs, trade show initiatives, and immersive brand activations. I champion a data-informed approach to experiential marketing, ensuring every event delivers clear ROI and aligns with clients' business objectives. From concept to execution, we build memorable, face-to-face moments that strengthen brands and deepen relationships.

  • Andy Rebber brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in strategic sales, relationship management, and community-centered business development. With a career rooted in integrity, service, and long-term client partnerships, Andy has built a reputation for helping organizations navigate complex projects with professionalism, thoughtful communication, and operational excellence.

    Throughout his career with The Verdin Company, Andy specialized in church bells, carillons, clocks, and large-scale installation projects serving churches, municipalities, schools, and civic organizations across Texas and the Western United States. His work required far more than product expertise, it demanded an understanding of logistics, stakeholder alignment, donor relations, historical preservation, project timing, and the deep significance these installations hold within communities.

    Andy’s leadership style is grounded in listening first, building trust, and delivering solutions that serve both immediate needs and long-term goals. Clients and colleagues alike value his calm professionalism, strategic mindset, and ability to guide projects with integrity and care.

    In addition to his professional accomplishments, Andy has dedicated years of service to his local communities through Rotary leadership, city council service, economic development initiatives, and civic planning organizations. His commitment to responsible growth, ethical leadership, and community stewardship continues to shape both his business relationships and his approach to client service today.
